Job Description

• Lead the Atal Incubation Centre (AIC) to achieve its objectives and targets with a culture that promotes ideas and entrepreneurship
• Frame and document various policy matters and attend to normal administrative responsibilities.
• Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work with the Board in regularly reviewing the AIC’s strategic plan and implement the same.
• Facilitate on-boarding and growth of start-ups
• Manage the AIC team with a culture of entrepreneurship, openness and integrity.
• Expand and strengthen the prototyping facility at AIC
• Work to make AIC self-sustaining
• Secure new incubator and start-up support funding

Age < 50 Years Preferably

CTC : As per experience and qualification. (CTC : Upto 15L PA)

Educational Qualification : B Tech / MSc in any discipline preferably with MBA from a recognised University / Institute.

Experience : Around 10 years of relevant experience with good exposure to the MSME / Startup Ecosystem

Term : Initially for a period of 2-year which may be extended based on need / performance. The probation period will be for 6 months
